Influencing internal stakeholders
Net zero projects span disciplines and organisational boundaries.
Working across internal silos may be logical and desirable, but getting people on board can be challenging.
You’ll hear about tools and techniques to engage colleagues and share experiences. Interactive discussions will explore what’s working, how to create impact, and different ideas for the future.
Learning and sharing with your peers will help you to make connections, solve problems, and expand your knowledge.

The themes for the next sprint will soon be shared on the community platform. This will give you the opportunity to vote on what you see as the most pressing challenge.
A virtual workshop will be held on the 13 March 10-12AM, to take a deep dive to understand your business engagement barriers and sponsors.
This will be the second of seven Future Ready sprints run by Innovate UK Knowledge Transfer Network (KTN) to unlock business solutions to sticky net zero challenges.
