Bristol Meetup
Our first meetup was run alongside the Festival of the Future City in Bristol.
It brought together cohorts of the Net Zero Living Pathfinder Places and Fast Followers (a.k.a. the “Futurenoughts”). The meetup was a celebration to mark the start of the Future Ready journey.

Social evening
We took over the 1920s-themed Smoke & Mirrors Comedy and Magic Bar for the evening.
Futurenoughts came together to meet, mingle, and share a meal.
Main event
We built relationships, reflected on personal net zero journeys, and shaped how to work together in Future Ready. Interactive ice breakers identified commonalities and lively discussions at the World Café revealed seven themes for peer-to-peer connections and mutual support.
Boat trip
The Futurenoughts travelled along the River Avon to Bristol’s Water Source Heat Pump.
